1Where is my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also enter your order number on our tracking page at any time.
Processing time 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery 4-8 business days. Total estimate: 5-10 business days. All orders are shipped with full tracking.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM CET (Monday to Friday) are processed the same business day. Orders after this time are processed the next business day.
Free shipping on all orders.
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is shipped. Tracking information can take up to 24-72 hours to be updated by the carrier, especially in the early stages.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days after order confirmation, or if tracking is not updated after 4 business days, use the contact form below with your order number. We will investigate the matter with the carrier on your behalf.
First check with neighbors, household members, your mailbox, entrance area, garage, and other secure places where the carrier may have left the package. Couriers occasionally deliver without leaving a notice.
If the package is still missing, use the contact form below with your order number. We will open a delivery investigation with the carrier, and most cases are resolved within 4 business days.
2Shipping & delivery
Valmont Wear delivers to addresses in:
- Denmark (DKK)
- Sweden (SEK)
- Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Austria (EUR)
You always pay in your local currency. We currently do not deliver outside the EU.
Free shipping on all orders in all 7 delivery countries.

All shipments include full tracking. We work with reliable international shipping partners; the specific carrier may vary depending on your location.
Delivery times are given in business days (Monday to Friday). Weekends and holidays are not included. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Use the contact form below as soon as possible after placing your order. We can change addresses on orders that have not yet been processed. Once a package is with the carrier, the address can no longer be changed.
3Returns & refunds
You have 30 days from receipt to request a return (clothing only). Items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Hygiene products (underwear, accessories) only if unopened
Always contact us first. Send an email to info@valmontwear.com or use the contact form below with:
- Your order number
- At least one clear picture of the item
- (Optional) Reason for return
We can often resolve the situation directly without a return. Return shipments without prior contact are not accepted. Always keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.
Used, damaged, or non-saleable items are not accepted. If a return does not meet the conditions, we reserve the right to reject or partially refund the amount.
1. Send a request. Email info@valmontwear.com or use the contact form below with your order number, at least one clear picture of the item, and possibly the reason. We usually respond within 1 business day.
2. Receive return instructions. After approval, you will receive the return address (our international warehouse in Asia/China) as well as the return form.
3. Pack and send at your own expense. Pack the items in original condition with tags intact. Return costs are usually between 149-249 DKK (approx. 20-35 EUR / 230-390 SEK) depending on size and delivery service. Use a tracked shipment. A valid tracking number is required.
4. Refund. Processing at the warehouse takes 2-3 business days. Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days via the original payment method.

- approx. 20-35 EUR (Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Austria)
- approx. 230-390 SEK (Sweden)
Depending on size and delivery service, the amount may be higher.
Our return address is our international warehouse (Asia/China). You will receive the exact address along with the return form after approval of your return request. A valid tracking number is required.
If the item is defective, damaged during transport, or sent incorrectly, Valmont Wear covers the entire return cost. Please include a clear photo of the issue in your email.

- Your order number
- Description of the problem
- Clear pictures of the item and/or packaging
We arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense.
Yes. Follow the same return procedure (email info@valmontwear.com with your order number + photo) and specify in your email which item you want instead. Any price differences will be settled in advance.
Return costs (149-249 DKK / approx. 20-35 EUR / 230-390 SEK) are borne by the customer unless the original item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
4Size & product
Each product page includes a dedicated size guide with measurements in centimeters. We recommend taking your own measurements with a tape measure and comparing them to the chart for the most accurate fit.
If you are between two sizes and prefer a relaxed fit, choose the larger one. For a more fitted look, choose the smaller one.
Materials are listed on each product page under Materials. We use a blend of natural and durable materials depending on the garment, focusing on quality, comfort, and Italian craftsmanship.
Always check the care label on the garment first. As a general rule:
- Wash inside out at 30°C with similar colors
- Do not use bleach
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry to maintain shape
- Iron on low heat if necessary
5Payment
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

All payments are processed in your local currency (DKK in Denmark, SEK in Sweden, EUR in Germany/Italy/Spain/France/Austria) depending on your location. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption and processed through secure payment providers.
Yes. We never store your full card details on our servers. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS certified providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal). Our checkout uses 256-bit SSL encryption throughout.
If your payment was declined at checkout, the most common reasons are:
- Billing address does not match the address registered with your bank
- Daily payment limit reached
- The bank has flagged the transaction as suspicious (online stores are sometimes blocked by default)
