At Valmont Wear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, we are happy to assist you through the process.

This policy applies to all orders, regardless of the delivery country within our active markets: Denmark, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, and Poland.

Please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return (optional)
  • One or more pictures of the item

Many inquiries can be resolved directly with our customer service – without the item needing to be sent back.

Return conditions

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as upon delivery
  • Original packaging and any tags must be intact
  • Used, washed, or damaged items cannot be accepted for return
  • Return shipments without prior agreement cannot be processed
  • A valid tracking number is required for all returns

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same procedure as for returns. Simply specify the desired size or model in your inquiry, and we will assist you further.

Return costs

  • The customer bears the cost of return shipping
  • For defective or incorrectly delivered items, Valmont Wear covers the return shipping
  • Returns are sent to our international warehouse – the address will be provided once your return request is approved

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within up to 7 business days after we have received and approved the returned item
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or provider, it may take a few additional days before the amount is visible in your account

Defective or faulty items

If you receive an item with a defect or fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Kindly attach pictures of the item along with your order number, and we will find the best solution – either in the form of an exchange, repair, or refund.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any external factors such as customs, holidays, or delays with the shipping company. The expected delivery time for your market is stated in our delivery policy.
