Shipping policy
Welcome to Valmont Wear's delivery policy. We strive to offer a reliable, transparent, and secure delivery experience from the moment you place your order until it is delivered.
We deliver to the following active markets: Denmark, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, and Poland.
Processing and delivery
- Order deadline: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (CET) are processed the same business day
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
- Delivery time: Varies depending on destination and local shipping conditions
The total delivery time consists of both processing time and shipping time. During periods of high demand or due to external factors such as customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or delays with the shipping company, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Delivery process
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to delivery.

Delays
Although we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur. These can be due to holidays, customs processing, logistical challenges, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events with the shipping company. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please feel free to contact our customer service.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after receipt. Please attach photos of the item along with your order number so we can find the best solution for you as quickly as possible.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been processed or dispatched from the warehouse, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation can be completed.
Customs and duties
Since all deliveries take place within the EU, no customs or import duties are charged upon delivery to our active markets.
