Shipping and Delivery

You can track your shipment at any time via our tracking page. As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number.

Please note: It can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after shipment. Please wait a moment before contacting us.

We ship the next business day after your order. The package is then delivered within 4-8 business days via PostNord with Track & Trace.

During peak periods such as sales and holidays, delivery times can be up to 10 business days from the shipping date.

Haven't received your package within 10 business days of shipment? Check the tracking status or contact us: we will check the situation immediately.

We offer free shipping on all orders to Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, with no minimum amount required. Shipping is via PostNord with Track & Trace, so you can always track your package. For more information, please consult our shipping policy.

Yes. Immediately after purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a second email with the tracking number.

Can't find the confirmation email? Check your spam folder or search for "Valmont Wear" in your inbox. Still not resolved? Contact us.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Contact us or write to info@valmontwear.com as soon as possible, indicating your order number and the new address.

Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately, changing the address is no longer possible.

Cancellation is possible as long as your order has not yet been processed and shipped. Immediately send an email to info@valmontwear.com indicating your order number.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Immediately send us an email to info@valmontwear.com indicating your order number and attaching clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will quickly resolve the issue and arrange to send you a new, correct item, at no additional cost to you. You can also use our contact form.

Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Always contact us first: in many cases, we can offer you a partial refund, a size exchange, or a store credit, without the need to ship anything back. Returns without prior contact are not accepted.

Send an email to info@valmontwear.com indicating:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • At least one photo of the item

We will respond with return instructions and the return address within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday). You can also download our return form (PDF).

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in cases where the item is defective or delivered by mistake: in such cases, we fully cover the costs.

Our return address corresponds to our international warehouse. You will receive the exact address once your return request is approved. Always keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. For more details, please consult our refund policy.

Once the return is received and approved, the refund is processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Overall timeline: shipment to warehouse → inspection 1-3 business days → processing up to 7 business days → bank 2-5 business days. In total, normally 10-15 business days from the return shipment.

Yes. Follow the same procedure as for a return, indicating in your email which size or color you wish to exchange for. Any price differences will be agreed upon in advance.

Contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@valmontwear.com, indicating your order number, a description, and photos of the defect. We will quickly find a solution, in many cases without you having to ship the item back.

Yes. All transactions on valmontwear.com are processed in the local currency of the purchase market, depending on the destination country. We currently support the following markets: Denmark, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, and Poland.

Payments are securely processed via encrypted SSL connection. We never store card data on our servers and use advanced security systems to protect every transaction.

Codes are case-sensitive: we recommend copying and pasting the code instead of typing it manually. Most frequent causes:

  • The code has expired or has already been used once
  • It cannot be combined with ongoing promotions
  • The minimum purchase amount has not been reached

Product and Sizes

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring an item that already fits you well and comparing the measurements with our size chart.

Undecided between two sizes? Choose the larger for a relaxed fit, the smaller for a more fitted look. Not sure? Contact us indicating your measurements and we will recommend the most suitable size.

Material information and care instructions are indicated on each individual product page. General tips:

  • Machine wash at 30°C, delicate cycle
  • Turn the item inside out before washing
  • Air dry, avoid tumble dryer and bleach

Our stock is updated in real-time. If a size or color is visible on the product page, it is available. Grayed-out sizes are out of stock.
